My son says that my voice sounds muffled with background noise when using the Iphone connection. Anyone have this problem. Is there a setting with the car to resolve this issue?

I was using Bluetooth with my iPhone---switched to Car Play and the voice is clear on the receiving end--voila!!! No more bluetooth.
