I checked and it looks like it has 17 digits so Id say theres a good chance thats a VIN.
Seriously man, vin checks cost money. Why would strangers run a vin for you for free?
Use your head, google it first, if its a dealer car, the carfax and autocheck may have already been run recently and google will pull it up.
Also try toyota.com or lexus.com, go to owners section, enter the vin and you can get service history performed at dealer.
If none of that works, buck up and pay the money for an autocheck or carfax.
