Currently in the process of installing the rack. Took about a day or so to remove the headliner and also install some OEM LC200 rack mounts.

Things worth noting. Victory rack uses 3 mounts per side. LX570 has 4 mounts per side. Victory instructions doesnt mention what to do with it let alone im not sure why they didnt utilize the 4th mount for added strength.

The rear most mount on my passenger side makes contact with the body when bolted. Anyone have this issue?

Whereas my Rear Driver mount doesnt even sit flush to the body since its getting hung up and if i tried to screw it in it will damage the body.
I think whoever loaded the bracket into the bender might have done it upside down.

All 3 mounts on the passenger side have their own angle.. im going to assume they might fix themselves after fully bolted to the whole rack.

Anyone have similar issues? Ill be emailing Victory shortly but this is a bit concerning and disheartening since the LX has been sitting there for 2 weeks torn apart due to the major storms we have been having in California...

Was able to complete the install with the new rack mounts, however, the rear mounts are STILL too close to the body when installing.

Images below show the rear bracket bolted (With RTV applied already).

I ended up removing the rear brackets, cleaned off the RTV, and added a 1/8th thick rubber weather/oil resistant seal i had here. This provided a little height on the bracket so it does not touch the body. @Victory 4x4 is this a known problem? Will there be any fixes on this?

After all brackets were installed and sealed with RTV, I was able to put the rack on top of the roof with the help of my girlfriend and a bunch of microfiber towels to prevent damage. You can see how much the rack needs to be unbolted to fit over each bracket, they were probably on by a few threads on both sides of the rack. The front and middle brackets were all pointing in different directions, whereas the rear was the most parallel with the rack sides. Regar

After having the rack in place (Very loosely) i then started to slide in the bolts that hold the mount to the rack. Everything was going smooth until I worked on the rear passenger mount... The 2 holes did not align and I was unable to install the mounting bolts... This required me to unbolt the passenger middle mount, clean up the RTV and mill out the slots to enlarge it.

Heres an image of the mounting bracket to rack sides and the bolt/nut

Anyways, after this whole fiasco... I was able to tighten up focusing on the bolts around each mounting brackets first before working my way to the remaining 80/20 and lastly the front and rear fairing.

Sorry again for the hassles, and no, the mount bends should not be touching the roof, nor should you have to elongate any hole. I haven't personally done a 570 install, but I'm positive tech support can walk you through the issues and they have a direct line to our engineering team if they need clarification on anything.

Have you sent this write-up or those photos over to us? Or, if you message me a last name or order number I can have the team reach out.

I’m fairly confident I could’ve squeezed out another 1–1.5 mm of movement from the rack to get the bolts started, but doing so would’ve meant unbolting everything that secures the mount to the roof. That also would’ve required scraping off all the RTV from the bracket (which had already cured for a week) and the body, then reapplying it—definitely not fun.

This is just the unfortunate reality of mechanical stack-up from OEM mount → roof → roof mount → roof rack. This weekend, the tolerances just weren’t on my side.
