Hi guys

I have a vibration problem in my FJ40 76'

The truck has a 350 engine, GM 4-Speed gear box and FJ-70 transfer case (I think). You can see that my LC is a kind of transformer :D

I changed both ring & pinion and both rear u-joints. Also torque the bases of the engine and the transfer.

The vibration apear when start in second speed (the 1 speed have too torque) and when I was in 4th speed around of 60 kph the vibration apear again and stop when pass to 65 kph. In this speed I step on the clutch and the vibration stop.

Please I need help with this problem, my FJ40 is destrowing with this vibration.

Thanks

Sorry for the rusty english :D

Drive line is out a phase?

Diff shims:idea:

Did it appear when you put a lift on it by chance? If so it definitely sounds like one of the top two problems....probably the first one.
