Vent / AC Fan speed

Hi All - my AC fan seems to be operating at lower speeds than normal, there is far less air being pushed even at high fan settings. It's as if it is running on less voltage, and strangely when the car stops at a light/ stopsign, the fan picks up a little speed, though still not quite what it should be. Thoughts? Try Blowing Out The Blower Fan With Air Compressor. It.s Got Buildup Of Dirt That Slows The Fan Down. Also, If You Have A Musty Smell Coming From The Vents, It Might Dislodge That Mildew In There Too.....
