BTW, what kind of front bumper does the first FJ have?

He made all the bumper with (INTI - accesories)

He cut the front grill for the big Ramsey Patriot 15000

Nice, but why would anybody buy an fj cruiser when you guys sell brand new 80's in venezuela:p

That was in the past... The 80 series is discontinued now... :(

Past tense:crybaby:

As per last December 31th 2007, venezuelan goverment absolutely prohibited importation of any vehicle whoes engine is over 3.0 ltrs.

That precludes any LC 200 , FJ Cruiser, 4 Runner, TrailBlazer, Tahoe, Hummer, Jeep Wagoneer etc etc.

Right now the resale value of the very few Land Cruiser 200 series who were sold here (less than 50) is way over $ 145K :censor:

And right now in the venezuelan Toyota assembling plant there are over 3500 imported vehicles, arrived at the first days of January ( they are in bond) and placed in the parking lot, which were ordered from Japan and shipped before this decision was released.

The goverment has refused to answer the assembling plant appeal to reconsider this decision since all of the vehicles were already sold for customers who were awaiting them for more than 4 months so looks they will be shipped to other countries.

You mean that benevolent lead, Chavez, won't allow you to have the other half of a V8?

Yep, and what's more funny is that most if not all the expensive ones were for goverment employees or related with them, because they are the only ones who got the dought , and they pay only in CASH

Chavez swore 9 years ago, in his electoral campain he would end the goverment corruption

That's like Hitler saying he's come to save the Jewish people...:frown:

Part of that agreement or decision to have engines bigger than 3000 cc. is a strategy of the Venezuelan government together with the Chinese government to sell, in bigger quantities, Chinese-made vehicles (China being a non-democratic country)
