Vehicle needed.

Hey I am posting this up for a friend.

He is in need of a vehicle to drive. Right now he has an 88 Honda Civic and it needs more work than what its worth. He is looking for under a thousand bucks. If it needs some work than thats ok but we are limited on the work we can do to by being able to only using hand tools.

We are in the Chattanooga, TN area. He's not looking for anything in specific but I think he should get a 4runner or a Yota PU.

I have an 82 corolla, runs awesome. everything works, even ac. needs only a new set of back tires soon. It isn't pretty (couple of dents), but its cheap and reliable. It has had a lot of recent maintenance done to it. Belts, radiator, plugs, wires, battery, fluids ect. Doesn't smoke or burn oil. No power steering or windows. Passes NC inspection no problem. Two brand new front tires. I have reciepts for all of it too. Averages 27-30 MPG. $700.00 firm and you can drive it home. Let me know if you want some pics.
