I have noctice a sweat on both sides and a leake on one side.Passenger side leaking on to bottom of car.Is it a common problem on the V8, I have read try tighting the nuts first may be loose if not will change the gaskets is it a big job labour may take some time I think.

It's not very hard. Just time consuming and can be tedious making sure to clean everything really nice before pulling the covers. I did mine in a Saturday. Not working very hard and being sure I didn't get thirsty. I would definitely try tightening them first, it's very common for the bolts to work their way loose

The nuts do tend to work loose and end up barely finger tight. They take very little torque to re-tighten. Don't overdo it. Just snug them up and the leaks should stop.

Agree with above. Tightened mine a couple months ago and it's been leak free ever since.

Well had a look at them last night and nuts on side leaking especially two were really loose so tighten them all up and clean oil and now will monitor it.Thanks guys.
