Hi all,

I'm still on the lookout for a decent if not fixable vacuum tank and bracket. I prefer damaged to rusted out if it come down to it.

This is the oval one that sits under the driver side floorpan.

I wanted to save mine from trail damage, so I took it off and used one from a bj60, mounted it to the firewall out of harms way.
An option, if you can't find a gooder.
Mind you if you have a working good 24v bj alternator, I will trade my vac can for that......

I have both... a vacuum can for a BJ42 and a 24V BJ42 alternator (1982)
