As the title says looking for a 24V VSV for the 13bt Shutdown. I have a converter that I can use if necessary for a 12v version

Cruiserparts claims to have 12V. They are hit or miss as a business.

MAC solenoid valve 35A-AAA-DDFA-1BA DC24V
this is what i used on my bj71 it's been on a couple of yrs all steel
when I got mine it came with the fittings for the hoses.
make sure you get the 24 volt ones
