What sizes do I need to order so can replace my old vacuum lines, I've replaced all the other hoses under the hood might as well tackle these... Thanks for the help

The small hoses are 3.5 mm inside diameter (see link below for Toyota part numbers - thanks Dan).
Make sure to get fuel line or hoses rated for fuel exposure.
In the States, the commonly available 1/8" ID hoses measure 3.175 mm ID, which is a little small and may be hard to install, while 3/16" ID, at 4.7 mm, is way too large and will slip off. Some BMW hoses are also 3.5 mm and come in a nice fabric wrapping if you like.
