The throttle boy itself looks great but there are two hard lines that look like vacuum hard lines are clogged. I have sprayed 2 cans of cleaner through a straw into the lines from both sides, applied, vacuum, blown air, and used guitar wire and cannot get these lines clean to the point I can get air or clear near through. Can I remove these hard lines and just extend the flexible lines, bend and solder new hard lines, or what is the best course of action?

I snaked mine out with mechanics wire and copious amounts of carb cleaner.

I think I am going to try an ultrasonic cleaner and see if I can get it to break loose the gunk in the lines. Now to figure out a cleaner that will not etch the aluminum.

Don't use simple green or if you do, make sure its the aircraft grade. The regular SG will eat the aluminum.
