Specifically the one closest to the firewall on a 1991 3fe engine. I can't seem to find the part number online and my manual doesn't show the part number.

Looking for a throttle cable or part number for the cable going from the throttle body to the cruise control.

It's discontinued. No longer available. Post a classifieds ad in the Wanted section of MUD.
The other option is custom. Get a kit from an outfit like Venhill and build what you need. It might not be OEM, but it doesn't have 30 years of history already.
The aftermarket pioneer cable is still available. A little stiff until I poured a bunch of bicycle chain lube though it. Now it's is very smooth, working good in my build so far.
