I brought several of these back from Japan this month. JDM overhead console with compass and altimeter, all include dome light and sunroof controls. I've got one in beige (SOLD) and 5 in gray. Also 2 sets (one set SOLD, one remaining) of the short sunvisors to go with them. $165 including shipping for the console and gage assembly, $115 including shipping for a pair of sunvisors. Answers to above questions:

I am in Roanoke, VA

The US visors have an extended section on the inner edge that will hit the larger console. Some guys have successfully trimmed and re-sewed them.
