Uzj100 Rear passenger caliper rubber fault

Hello all, I have a 2000 year LC with 174 + km running fine but always have my rear passenger side caliper rubber problem most times.

I have changed this rubber say 4 times now and just yerterday I saw brake fluid coming out from the caliper when I depress the brake pedal. Has anyone experience this several damage issue and the solution to stop it?
