Up for sale is a perfect shape BT45-TOY bluetooth module. I have the wiring harness for both the toyota and lexus (CAS-LEX) as well as a Rerii 1M USB&3.5mm Aux Panel mount to hook your phone up. This gives you the option of charging via usb and connecting to the unit with either the AUX cable or bluetooth. Work perfectly, I just upgraded to the GROM Vline.

How did you find the GROM to work versus the BT45?

If I didn’t have CarPlay in my wife’s car I probably would have been happy with the BT45. They both work well, the from is a bit more buggy but they’re constantly updating it. The BT45 is pretty simple as it just does the Bluetooth and does it well. Just depends on what you want. You get more features with the grom but it’s 3x the cost.
