Hi Everyone – Some of you have heard already, but some of you have not heard, so I wanted to send out information to the many volunteers and partners that we have worked with over the years to let you know when the US Capitol Christmas Tree is going to be in Troy and Asheboro and other locations across the state in November. I’ve attached a tour flyer and another document with the social media addresses for where you can find more details about the US Capitol Christmas tree and the history of the USFS providing it each year and where you could see it and join in celebration events. Some of you have been able to make it to some of the ornament and outreach events we have had across the state and we’re happy we have been able to see so many of you. Please spread the word to other members of your groups / clubs.
We hope that you can make it to one of the several events that are happening across the state starting next week to see beautiful Ruby the Red Spruce that is coming from the Pisgah National Forest. Bye - Terry
