I have a landcruiser manual from the early 70s for FJ40/55's - its an adobe file scanned from the dealer..can I upload it to ONSC.com ? If so - how do i get signed up for a login id?

Unsure - there is no copyright listed on it .. At the latest its 1973. What constitutes written public domain?
According to this - I could post it..
the public domain consists of works that are publicly available; while according to the formal definition it consists of works that are unavailable for private ownership or are available for public use. As rights are country-based and vary, a work may be subject to rights in one country and not in another.

I just want to make sure the club doesn't run afoul of any ownership issues. If there is no copyright on it, we can likely publish it. At worst, we could be asked by the publisher to remove it - since this is not being done for profit or nefarious purposes, we'd likely be ok.
