*UPDATE Relik Garage...Paid for new FJ62 grill 2months ago...

I bought an FJ62 grill on Jan.01 2025. I have emailed multiple times with no response. The Shop app has indicted "ready to ship for the past 3 weeks. Has anyone else encountered problems with this vendor?

*I was able to get my money back through my credit card. They have some good products just a crappy business . Definitely avoid!

I used them for soft top parts about 6mo ago. I was expecting a wait because that stuff comes from Columbia. I don’t remember the specific amount of time that had passed, a month or so, and there had been no communication at all so I tried calling a couple times over a week’s time. No answer.

I started a charge back to get their attention and they immediately called me and gave details of when to expect the piece. It did eventually arrive.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I emailed one last time yesterday informing them that I would be starting a charge back. Hopefully they get it together. I know they are a niche small business but communication is key.

I have posted on mud in the past about Relik as a bad seller. I would stay away. If you are selling retail 70% or more of your time spent should be customer service.

Yep ...lesson learned. Got my money back . It's too bad they suck at business.

You guys have any other suggestions for a set of bows that work with my hard oem doors? All I'm finding is Relik and CruiserParts.
