Update of PMC webpage

I took a shot at a prototype update of the clubs web page, I'm guessing that it should just be a giant pointer to the IH8MUD, all the old dates make everyone think PMC is extinct. I'm no HTML whizz but I can cut and paste like crazy. its just a free temp site so the link is different.
