Quick Listing:

Road Test: The hot 2006 MazdaSpeed6 sport sedan
Goss' Garage: Clearing Up PCV Valve Problems
FYI: Styling Comeback

I'll set my alarm

2 Fjs spotted in my hood (one yellow is lifted with large tires)

"One upgrade we recommend is the optional FJammer premium audio system. It includes 8 speakers with an available subwoofer and NXT SurfaceSound transducers that effectively turn the FJ's entire headliner into one big speaker. It's awesome."

I guess we should send the Arrogant Turd to straighten out MotorWeek and let them know what kind of idiots they are.

In the bay area its playing at 6am on Saturday morning. Set your TiVos!

The Seattle PBS station appears to have it listed for 1pm Pacific. I think the station is KCTS or something like that (It's on the dish so I can't keep up with all the channel names).

A 1/2 show at MPEG2 quality on my PVR card in the PC is around 1.32 GB.

I will then compress it down further, then run it through Windows Movie Maker and and to get a small WMV file out of it.

If it is small enough then, I can try to host the file to post.

If there's a way to get me the MPEG2, I can probably run it through my editing suite and make it a .MOV file ... I can probably get it rendered into a podcast (H.264), too.

OK the schedule lied.
It said the FJ was suppose to be tested this time, it is the next episode.
Pisses me off that schedules can not get their facts straight.

For sure it should be on next Saturday at the same time, unless it comes on some other channel.

I am not having any luck tracking it down on the PBS stations for Seattle.

Was the show any good?

I did find another window for the Speed channel next Friday morning at 4 am, and I will record it, then check it when I get home from work to make sure it is the correct episode.

No windows media format :frown:

I might have to stop my boycott of quicktime soon.

When I have more time, I'll convert it over. I use FCP on the Mac exclusively to do editing. While Windows and Macs supposedly play well together, the codecs are a royal PITA. For example, my current divx codecs leave all kinds of audio artifacting and clipping. I've got an AVI version of the clip, but it sounds terrible.

In the meantime, I'll leave the conversion to windows format in Corey's capable hands!:D

Cool, thanks!

I almost broke down and did the Qtime install but they are still forcing iTunes down my throat so I backed out. :ban:

Thanks,
Shawn
