Bolts to the floor for a secure tire carrier. This mount has been cash, roll over, and end over end tested and is still in use today without issue. Popular with 4Runner and mini pick up guys. Designed to fit a 35" tire tight we make custom widths to fit any tire at no additional cost just some wait time is needed. Depending on your install some holes my need to be drilled.
