I am in Florida where the humidity is very high so the POR-15 dries real quick. The only place I have had a bubbling problem is where I didn't prep properly (i.e. had oil residue). I have a brake leak thread going, and the brake fluid goes through por-15 like paint stripper on paint. I would still use the POR-15 it coats reala smooth and thick. This is a frame-on restoration so at this point i am tired of working underneath the vehicle, but the 3M undercoating coats real nice, you just need to keep the can vetical or it will clog. I keep returning half used cans back to Advance Auto parts and they keep giving me new cans, plus its been on sale for 2 cans for $10. I would not waste any money on bedliner material underneath the vehicle. If the undercoating flakes off, just respray it with the can stuff. But the 3M stuff is hard to get off you skin as is POR-15. I wear rubber gloves, a long sleave shirt, and goggles, I also use high wattage halogen lights to make sure I get the nooks and crannies.
