Sealed with a combination of brush on and caulk seam sealant, the primed with some etching primer, then lined with Herculiner.
The Hippo liner I had used in the past seemed to go on better and more evenly...

Keith- that is one nice tub. Looks like you saved alot of money, and the protection will be just fine. Nice work

That looks awesome! I have a '72 FJ40 and have been thinking about doing a restore from the frame up. I store this vehicle from Nov. 1st until sometime in April because I live in Michigan. Michigan winters are cancerous to this vehicle. How long would it take to wire wheel the whole tub and frame? Does anyone have an idea?
