Yeah, they are super helpful. I was emailing them this morning about the Denso compressors: Denso says they are pre-filled with oil compatible with R12 AND 134a that is in fact not true. They will sell you a compressor refilled with the appropriate oil if you chose which is nice.
Edit: I should add that they recommended this oil- Pag 46 R134a oil
