Is it a fact that wheel camber can cannot be adjusted on leaf spring 70 series LC (and most of them)? It is regardless of steer knuckle adjustment centering as it affects the front internal axle only?

If camber is out, something is bent. (Just learning..)

I am not an expert in 70 series, but seems all solid axle geometry is pretty similar.
When you do not have any means of adjustment, than geometry is fixed.
Usually the angles are interconnected, so that, for example is you have your front aligned in a tow-in posture and oem position is with positive camber, and you adjust your caster too much positive then your camber will follow towards negative (if I hadn't flipped the numbers in my head.. ).
So, if your caster is ok as per spec, tow-in angle (or out) is ok as per spec, and you still have out of spec camber, than it seems something is wrong.
Either king pin bearings have slack (easy to test) or maybe something
bent?
Or maybe someone had some intentional mechanical intervention in the vehicle's past.
Have you checked for king pin slack?
Good luck
