Type of Gear Oil for Front and Rear Diff

Hello Guys! Im a newbie here. I just want to ask if what is the required gear oil for LC 100 Series (IFS) Front Diff and Read diff? 90w or140w? Thanks

SAE 90. For cold weather, 80w-90. I use synthetic 75w-90 in both diffs and the transfer case. If in a hot climate, I might consider 75w-110 synthetic.

My 100 and 200 both use M1 or Valvolene 75W-90 in diff's and transfer case.
