Twisted sector shaft or what??

In the crack at Moab, I fought to keep the steering wheel straight and came out with the steering wheel 45 degrees off. Sector shaft or what? nothing is bent underneath.

nice shot, no clue...tho, see if ya striped any of the threads on either side of the linkage???

do you drag you ass across it when you were crawling out of the crack..or did it clear it? cant tell if its trimmed or not in the shot...

Dont drag now with the 37s. 35s did drag a little.

I used to have this happen every time I wheeled my Heep. Turned out I had a slightly bent tie
rod that was getting worse every time I got hung up on something and tried to steer out of it.
Check your toe-in. If it's off, you'll blow through those tires in a month.
