Tornado Alley Cruisers has local events there a few times a year. Club guys usually post up wanting to go wheeling and usually a few other go along. Your best bet is to check out the TAC BB below:

As long as it dries out it's pretty decent, a little terrain for everyone. If it's muddy it's not much fun.
Head over to the TAC area and into yourself there are a lot of folks up in the KCK, KCMO area. Also there is an event next weekend at a club members farm north of KC.
