Just picked up my 100 on Saturday and it seems to take a while to start any ideas?

"99, well taken care of 112k miles all services (90K) done, HOT (Iowa) cranks easy.

My 99 has always had a long crank, at least for the past 8 years I've owned it- sometimes a full 3-4 second count. A few people have remarked on it, I say no problem, always starts. My 2 cents.
