I have a GCC spec lc300. No adaptive variable suspension, so no sand, rock, dirt mode etc. I want tk turn off traction/vsc all the way how do I do this.

While stopped, hold down the traction control button for 3 seconds.

or lock the center diff while in low range.

The issue with that is it won't fully turn it off (as most modern vehicles) and you will still get an "electric" intervention.

There is two ways that I would suggest:
- keep traction off and manipulate those the drive mode options. But this really depends on what you are trying to do. For me, dune bashing is something that I do from time to time and I found out that traction is really aggressive when using "Sand Mode" under MTS (especially when you are going uphill and you need more momentum). What's works the best is to keep it in 4H and Sport+.. you still feel traction control but significantly better than MTS.

-There is a way to fully kill it off though discounting ABS related fuses (in the Fuse box) can't remember which.. but they will definitely light up your dashboard. Fortunately, these there are many shops in Qatar than can install a kill switch harness such as ( Active car accessories in Salwa road) which is pretty convenient if you ask me as you can have the benefit of both worlds.
