This should not come as a great surprise but Turf-n-Surf has been canceled for 2020.
State Parks has not reopened the park to camping even in a limited way.
They continue to push the date out using Covid 19 as a reason. There is a lot of legal wrangling stuff going on at Pismo/Oceano Dunes.
Not opening the park is not consistent with there other re-openings of OHV parks for camping. Hollister reopened with limited camping. If you want to go to Hollister keep in mind it fills up by Thursday.
