I have a 92 Landcruiser that Ben at Slee put a turbo and intercooler on while at Offroad Solutions that I'm interested in selling at this point. 201K on the odometer. I've spent way too much time on this vehicle at this point and devoted the past two summers to making it right. When I found the injectors were leaking last summer I parked the vehicle and now the wife wants me to sell it. Asking $3500 for the truck, wheels, extra transfer case and all parts I have to fix the vehicle including injectors, crap lots of gaskets, new birfield etc.....
Pluses:
*paint is good, one small spot on one fender flare has the clear peeling
*Interior seats were all recovered in a nice cloth and the seats padding was rebuilt.
*Stereo system is amazing, three Cadence amplifiers, Cadence seperates in the front doors, coaxials in the rear door and audax mids in the stock rear location, 12" Cadence subwoofer, Clarion Pro audio deck with 12 disc changer and Clarion DSP unit, Clarion 7" overhead screen and DVD player in the dash. Dynamat, baffles etc....in the doors.
*Turbocharger is a AIResearch T4 AR .60, intercooler is a custom Griffen core with custom plumbing obviously
*New 1100CCA Battery, with Battery disconnect and most of the wiring upgraded as well as extra grounding added to the engine and chassis.
*Boost gauge and fuel pressure gauge installed, a few others I have need installed as well.
*Engine was replaced at 153K and transmission rebuilt
*All synthetic fluids, engine, transmission, transfer case, differentials
*2.5" exhaust system, cat, and Magnaflow muffler
*BF Goodrich All terrain KO 265/75/16 on Lexus replica Wheels
*Maintenance - New plugs, wires, TPS, New Birfield on drivers side, new vacuum lines, new coolant hoses, belts, extensive list
*MAF sway bar
*Upgrade Holley Fuel Pump
*Light sensitive rear view Mirror out of newer LC
*MAF front sway bar, silicone bushing on rear sway bar
*New 93 springs installed less than 10K ago
*Front end recently rebuilt with new seal, trunion bearings and wheel bearings
*New belts and hoses installed
*AC Freon 134 conversion, freshly charged a few weeks ago
Negatives:
*Windshield has a crack almost all the way across 2" above the dash and has as long as I've owned it.
*Two injectors are leaking, I have a new set and all gaskets to install
* I believe the exhaust manfold has started to leak - Have gaskets to install - planned on doing them when I did the injectors
* When rebuilding the Birfield on the passenger side I noticed the outer bushing had a fair amount of wear - New Birfield and Bushing are ready to install
* One of the front rotors has developed some pulsation - New rotor ready to install
* Rear axle has a small leak on the passenger side drum - New seal, bearing as well as Pads and new drums ready to install
*Manik damage multiplier and tail light guards included
Extras:
*Spare transfer Case
*Full set of 97 Stock wheels in good shape
*94 Door panels
* extra set of Jacobs plug wires and a host of other sundries
*Trailer hitch and wiring harness included
*Lots of boxes of other spare parts free for the taker
I have reciepts for the vast majority of the repairs etc.... The turbo retrofit was $5000 alone albeit several years ago.
