The back of my buddy's Tundra bottoms out on the whoops with a moderate load. He put in an overload leaf spring kit which helps a bit. Unfortutunately the bolts used to attach the extra leafs hit the frame. What are the best options, coil overs, air or new suspension? We're not talking about hauling a fifth wheeel, just some camping gear.

What year tundra?

I put Air Lifts "Air Cells" on mine to help with hauling our camping gear everywhere. No air involved, they are really just a tall poly bumpstop. The inch or so of space between the Stop Plate and the bumpstop is gone by the time I get four peoples gear on the truck. They are smoother on compression than the OEM bumpstomp with a load....
