Tub modification

Has anybody modified an Aqualu tub that did NOT have a factoy lip. Looking for suggestions to help the hard doors fit correctly. The doors basically "hang" over the opening rather than sitting down in it. This leaves huge gaps around the door-mostly at the corners. I dont know if that gives you any idea what the problem is but as this thred grows I will try to explane the problem better.

You are better off to sell it and start with the new unit, it would be very difficult to remanufacture those lines.

Not impossible and if you feel inclined it may be doable with a mig welder set up with a spool gun. Do you have those tools and skills?
