Tub measurment

Can one of you guy's with a clean tub measure the distance from the rear crossmember to the top of the tub, thanks in advance, larry

Hi, Larry. I have to leave town for a short while, 4 days, but if you are not 'helped' by then, I can give you some dimensions/help. I don't know why.......dummy.........but why can't I remember what a 'tub' IS? Is that crossmember to the top of where the fuel tank is?

The rear crossmenber on an FJ40- has the tail lights in it measure from there to the top of the body with the top off. The tub was compressed in the rear fromhauling wood so i need to have the accurate measurment to get the tub straight when i change the floor pans and the quarters.

Larry, I've got 18.25" from the top of the crossmember to the very top lip of the tub. This is off a 1980.
