Ok, My sourse:
Screen printed $18 each without set up fees and that's at 12 shirts
Digitally printed @ 13 shirts is $15.50 on a colored shirt. $35 one time set up

Hats:
Hat is around $4 and about $8 for embroidery.
If ya'' want to go the route that I kind of like and just used for my business, then it's $10 for the hat and patch logo. Minimum order of 12 hats.
Here rate the hats I just had made. The mesh is a darker tan, but I like that for the fact that it won't look so dirty after a while. The other optional hat that would get embroidered has a lighter , off white mesh.

sounds like you got the honor of getting these done... I dont see how they do it without setup fees as the chemicals and screens are not free...but it is their business if they are just breaking even that is up to them...

There are no screens with digital printing.

Let me clarify that then. The $18 does not include the cost of screens.
The digital printing does not use screens. That is the second option.

okay...my price was with screens and setup included. find out the overall cost of yours WITH screens setup and let me know so we can go with cheapest if we have enough people still interested. I am not fan of the printing version....but I am old school. LOL
