Trusted Lexus/Toyota shop in Sacramento or San Jose area to do a PPI?

I am in Tennessee and am looking to buy a GX470 in the Sacramento area in about a month (Road tripping with my son down RT66!) . I have found one, and other than the salvage/rebuilt title, the vehicle looks to be well taken care of (and current owner has pics/video of the damage that caused the title branding). 2004 w/ 260k on it. Anywho, I was curious if anyone in the area has had good experience with any certain place to have the current owner take and have it inspected before I commit to buying. It was serviced at Roseville and Sacramento Lexus for many years/miles, and I had thought about requesting he take it there again. But I am open to suggestions if there is a better (more thorough and/or more trusted) place to take it to. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I live in Roseville and bought my 470 last Dec. When I originally started calling the Sac and Roseville dealers for PPI and parts - neither of them did PPI, and ended up having a tough time getting a hold of the parts dept.

My parents have taken all their cars to Automotive Service of Roseville for a couple decades. Ive taken a few cars to them throughout the years as well, including my 470. They did my valve cover gaskets. One of the main guys there, his wife drove a 470 for many years and they did all the work at the shop.

Another plus is that they are right off the freeway, so easy to get to.
