After the fact advice...but a nice tip to consider for the trail...and to avoid such mishaps...

"Some guys use coloured tape wrapped around the steering wheel in the top straight ahead position so they can tell at a glance whether the wheels are straight or not. Often on a real steep and greasy climb there might be no time to look out the window and check before you start sliding down backwards. Not the case here, but I'd recommend the tape to anyone who goes off road as a cheap safety fix"

That guy's one lucky SOB. No seat belt? Never heard of using tape... shoot, i can usually take two seconds to make sure i know which way my wheels are pointing. I have no idea why it seems like he didn't apply the brakes and sped up. But he's lucky, i'll say that again. :eek:

Those Troopies look nice and utilitarian...looks like the DS door doubles as escape hatches. :hillbilly:
 
That guy is extremely lucky. Most people ejected don't walk away. He was close to becoming a Troopie pancake.
