If you guys want to make Angela's our place we can do that. She was very open to it and offered to set us up beer specials if we were willing to move it to Wednesdays. I'm happy to talk to her again and get it done.
Ok. Not that anyone wants it but here’s my take. I believe there was some miscommunication because I did hear the server say he thought we were waiting on more people, that’s why he waited so long to take our food order.
Now with that said I am not a beer drinker so I never have an issue of waiting on a beer or bad beer selection or getting the wrong one.
As far as slow service goes, I never expect to have fast service with a large group, especially on a night where most restaurants aren’t staffed for peak revenue like a Tuesday night. If I do get fast service I look at it like it’s a bonus but I do not expect it. I go to these meetings to hang out and shoot the s***, honestly the meal is almost an afterthought, and the longer it takes to get my food the longer I get to hangout and shoot said s***. Just my take.

It’s a great fallback standard for now. They already have 3.50 drafts and sorta half price burgers on tuesdays. ( half off a small plus the regular up charge for specialty burger in large format )
Agree with Steve. I go to share conversation with people who like LC's and the meal is an afterthought. (Although I do get hungry waiting!) Personally, I will go about anywhere to hang out with this crowd, friends one and all! Angela's on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, all good for me!
Oops, I should have been more specific.
I thought the food and service was fine, I was disappointed in the people I had to hang out with and the lousy rigs in the parking lot!
