TRE's and shackles

I rec'd some new TRE's from CCOT, they were on sale for around $65 for a set of 5, (1/2 price). So I got 2 sets, (one for ea. rig).

Also got some 1.5" lift shackles to try and correct the angle on my worker.

Gonna install these over the coming weekend. Last week I put on a new drag link to fix the one that broke.

Keep us posted. I'm ordering a complete set of FJ55 TRE's soon from MAF, planning on installing them on the spare set (complete) of rods I have, then swapping the new assemblies over to my truck.

I have WAY too much play right now.

Going to try to tighten up my center arm first though.

I purchased the same shackles for my project but sold them when I sold the lift. They were reallyl stout and I would buy them again.

I wish they had RHD tie rod ends. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for Cruiser Outfitters to get them.

Well, had a great weekend.

Got F & R shackles installed and swapped out all of the TRE's.

But as I was doing these jobs, I see a single drop of brake fluid coming out from a fitting on a front driver side line., so I put a wrench on it and hope it tightens a little...No luck this time and it is now a steady drip drip.

Well, I guess I will be replacing that line and checking others next weekend.

Also received and installed all the metal roof for my new shed.

I love a productive weekend.
