So, My Trasharoo was destroyed in the accident and can't live without one! These are one of the best off road inventions out there. You can put a full sized yard bag inside or several smaller bags. I usually have one recycling bag and one regular bag. It keeps all the nasty trash out of the vehicles and allows me to do my part out on the trail with picking up trash that I find along the way. (BCC policy is Pack-In/Pack-Out). Many people also use the bag inside their truck. You don't need to use it for trash, it make a voluminous container as well.

In searching the site for a replacement I noticed that they have the option of adding a logo! I thought there might be some interest in Book Cliff Cruiser Bags. I have contacted Dave with the company and received pricing. There is a $100 setup charge and the Logo bags are ~$53. With a minimum order of 10 the cost will be ~$63. The club will cover any shipping cost. If the order is higher than 10 the cost drops per bag. So we need to decide on what color to get, the minimum of each color will be 10 so we will probably have to stick with one.

Please vote (Poll above) on what you would like. If we get enough orders, I'll get things going. I will also be sending an email out.

Tan with Black BCC Logo
Black with White BCC Logo

I have a bias towards the one that won't show dirt as much but will go with whatever. I hope we can make this happen, the buy is open to all, club member or not. Bags will be shipped to my house for cost savings and distributed at meetings and events.

I'm in either way. My preference is for a black bag with white logo to match my FJ but I would buy the tan bag if that is the group preference. I just ordered a bag but if this group buy goes through I'll gift mine to my dad and purchase one of these.

I would take a black one as well. Are these the standard model or the new upgraded HD model?

Edit*** I would take Black or Tan***

From the pricing I am guessing the standard model unless they have phased out the old one and kept the pricing the same. Jonathan can correct me on that because I'm just talking out my ass with no real knowledge of anything. :flipoff2:

Im in for a black one. I think chris said he wants a pink one

you probably shouldn't get one, you will just hate everything about it....it is pretty "luxurious", like leather seats and power windows......great place to let the little balls of hate ride!!!!!! I will take pink if they have it......thx!

I can't stop laughing!!! Ouch it hurts, LOL!!!!

I voted for tan even though the black looks better on the FJ, black shows the dirt more and also fades out if you leave it on the truck all the time. I'am pretty sure it is also the standard version, IIRC the HD will cost closer to $200. I would sign up for one also. I think the black ones eventually fade into a pinkish color and hold balls of hate quite well I've been told.

I'm in for a tan one. I've been trying to think of a place to put Hayden for "time outs" while camping. This should work perfectly. Thanks!

Your PM inbox is full, tried to send you a second message.

You guys makes a good point with the bags fading from the UV, my soft bags for the bikes are all light gray now after a couple years of use.

Other than "the look" why leave a "trash can" hanging on the back of your truck? Mine only goes on for trips and has not faded noticeably in two years of fairly frequent use.

Alan, Your life is a trip. I can't imagine you taking it off. But seriously, I do the same thing. It is easy to remove and takes all of a couple minutes to install. Mine only goes on for trips as well. And usually only multi-day at that.

So we have 8 committed, I have one person that I am waiting on an email back from. Need a few more. Is there anyone who a color change would be a deal breaker for? I am willing to go with either one and will go with whoever has the most total votes. We have to get 10 of the same color.

I can do a tan one...no prob!

Cool, Thanks Aric, Anyone else, Bueller?

We have ~8 committed, still need a solid 10-12 to make it happen. You will never know how handy these bags are until you have and use one. Use it around the house, in the back yard, toss your dirty laundry in it, use it as a backpack, haul firewood, use as a first aid sling, Put your beer in it on a river trip, Use the webbing to hold your truck together when it breaks, haul dirty diapers and on and on. No rear tire mount? works great to an ARB front bumper or on top of that roof rack.

You got me as committed, right?
Tan is good.

Put me down for a tan one if you have not already.

You guys are on the list. Tan it is. Looking for two more commitments. If we don't get takers by the next meeting I will go ahead and still order them and just post the last 2 for sale. Ten in Tan.
