Go does makes Transmission - Transfer Case adapters?
I know that Marlin Crawler does some and I also seen several from Advance Adapters. Does anyone knows anyone else?
I need an adapter from R150F Manual Transmission to Land Cruiser (Pass side out) Transfer Case.
I do not see this as off the shelf adapter from neither Marlin Crawler nor Advance Adapter websites and I can't get hold of any of them to verify if they have such adapter or can make one.

Sort of at this point, you'd be better off swapping the rear end from the tacoma you're using for the motor swap into your 'Cruiser, or having a centered diff made.

I've pretty much given up on the idea of using a toybox and split case in my FJ40 and will likely get an Atlas4 and run a centered rear end eventually.

What is the WMS-WMS of the Tacoma axle?
Tacoma is 8" Diff, Land Cruiser one is 9.5". I thought Land Cruiser is much stronger axle.

Would Atlas4 has passenger side front output?

FJ60 are 60"front/ 57"rear
Taco rear =60"

If you go with the Taco rear end I would try to find an e-locker rear.

http://www.inchwormgear.com/ are great guys to deal with and unlike Marlin, they have stock.

I looked on the web and read that Tacoma e-locked rear axle is weaker then non e-locked, the later is referred as 8.4" as the first is 8". Technically they are both 8", just 8.4 is stronger.

You could always have a custom adapter made but you're looking at some $$$. Also, I would not put a Taco rear end in an LC. Just my opinion.

The non TRD Tacoma rear end is an 8.4" diff which is the one I would use. I wouldn't bother with the e-locked diff to be honest. The 8.4 uses girdled bearing caps which I imagine helps immensely with deflection. I wouldn't be concerned with that rear end under a cruiser. They put them in the first gen tundras with the V8, and people tow significant loads with them (my roomie tows a 22' sail boat, one of the guys in my 4x4 tows his FJ40 on a flatbed). These axles hold up to supercharged Tundras. The axle shafts are the same diameter and spline count as the 'Cruiser shafts and aren't retained by c-clips.

I wouldn't see the 8.4" rear as a problem. At the very least, its a centered rear end that you could use with the stock tacoma t-case setup (or a gear driven t-case, which you can currently find adapters from Trail-Gear, Marlin, and Advance Adapters) or an Atlas, or a Dana300 or an NP2xx etc. You could run this setup until you can get a 1 ton rear end like a Ford 9", or Dana60.

Atlas4 can be ordered in alot of different comtinations. Passengers drop, drivers drop, etc.

Toyota fit the R151 with split case to HZJ79 landcruisers, could probably get parts from that to suit.

AlexJet:
Look for adapters for the AX-15 transmission. Its almost identical to the R150/R151 and you can change the tail housing and output shaft to suit various other t-cases, like the NP203
