Transmission to Transfer Case Hose

Here is a link to how to get a transmission to transfer case hose. When the seal between the transmission and transfer case fails the transmission sucks the oil out of the transfer case. You know this when you unscrew the fill plug on the transmission and in my case 8 ounces if oil ran out. When i checked the transfer case i couldnt feel any oil when I stuck my finger in it. we have 9 now who said they wanted one at ten I will call the vendor and see what they will sell 10 for. I have sent several emails and have not gotten a response. I got to busy to call today. My first one cost me 60 bucks that included shipping. The second one he said would cost me 60. He mentioned 45 for larger quanity I am hoping 10 will be enough to get the cost down. I will have all of them shipped to one address mine as the manufacture said that was the only way he would do it. Then I will shipped them out via priority flat rate box for $5.85. So to tell yo right this moment they are 60 lets wait until next week and I will call these guys. Pisses me off they havent answered the email. But maybe the guy is out on vacation. I dont know if its the same for all years mine are 4 speeds dont know if a three speed is different. Go to the other thread and ask the guys may have better chance to get an answer on the tech side rather than classifieds.

The manufacture in the US has enough to make 6 hoses. The Banjo fittings (18 x 1.5 mm) are not a popular size for them. As of yesterday he ordered from England the remaining Banjos to make all the hoses. To make this easy on me the first ones to go out will be the first that signed up my my spread sheet. It will take two weeks to get the rest of the banjo fittings. As soon as I get them in I will ship them out. I will post on the thread who's has shipped. There will be two shipments the first group is in the process of being made. We haven't ordered the second group so the couple we are waiting for to pay have more time. Also if more want to order there is still time to place more orders. Thanks for your patience.

You need to measure from the fill plug of the transmission to the fill plug of the transfer case. It will be either a 12.75 or a 17.5. $59 for a 12.75 or $61 for a 17.75. Add $6.10 for shipping inside the USA, for shipping ouside of USA PM for shipping price. Send as a gift on paypal to avoid paypal fees or add $3.00 more.

The manufacture had forgotten the hose included the bolts and the washer. So he has asked me to stop at the 20 we have order. Only one has not paid and that is Jetmutant it will be a couple weeks before he gets the fittings from England so be patient. Thanks for participating.
