hey new here after im done on this post will post about my truck ! I got a 97 lx 450. the check enging light is on for the transmission speed sensor. I know the plug is on the driver side top of the pan and turns into 3 wires what and were from there im lost. Can I do this job on my back in the drive way ? is there one or 2 sensors ? also I can find a shop manual on this truck at all and help would be great and thanks for your time !

Whats your trouble code? Looks like theres two sensors.

it was 7106 I believe shop told me it was a transmission speed sensor is it located in the tranny or out side of it im running a a343 auto and a 4.5L in line 6 gas ill get the code number today for sure but I cant find a manual out in Vancouver anywhere if sum one know the location of this sensor please let me know
