Here you go. Nothing rusted through but the passenger side by your foot had a little flaking when I poked at it. Still solid in my opinion. Underside is surface rusted from sitting and don't see any issues. Can take more pictures if you want or hit it with the grinder.

I think it's a $175 piece plus shipping.
 
I'm not positive. If you are serious I will need to find a box to fit it in. Shoot me a PM.

I can get you rough measurements tonight. Guessing from my experience FedEx will be cheapest.
 
Are you sure its a 76 or 78? Looks like it may be for a 3 speed, but just guessing based on the position of the cutouts.
 
With the drain holes on either side below the heater in the US market would be a 75/76. Other markets without a factory heater would be 75-78.
