Serviced the gear boxes yesterday, transfer case was way low, like 1 pint drained out. Transmission was over full. My reading leads me to believe the seal between the two needs replaced.
90316-48003 is the part # I come up with.
Can any of you experts confirm, please?
Other parts needed?

Thank you all!

That seal part number is incorrect. It supersedes to 90311-48010.

But I'm not a fan of that seal. Use the FJ62 seal instead which is a double lip/double wire seal and is a really good upgrade:

90316-48003

Then you will need the following seals and gaskets to get to that seal:

36152-60030: 1
36142-60030: 1
36143-60020: 1
36144-60020: 1

90430-A0003: 2
33142-60050: 1
90311-48022: 1

At this point in the game, on a 20+ year old truck it makes sense to rebuild the transfer case. I would get a good quality transfer case rebuild kit that includes the idler shaft and just rebuild it at this point. Replace all of the seals, gaskets, bearings, etc. Just makes sense to do so if you plan on keeping this truck for a bit.

As @cruiserdan used to say, going all the way in and not doing a complete good job is akin to taking a shower and putting dirty undies back on.

Good luck.

As slways, great advise and help.
Thank you Onur.

Thanks guys!
I read about the tube fix, great for a bush repair. I will be ordering the terrain tamer rebuild kit in the morning.
