I have a 1999 land cruiser when your going down the road it shifts up through the gears nice and smooth. When you start up a hill it feels like it pops out of gear and has no power to the rear wheels. But the right side front cv axel spins like all hell is breaking loose but the truck is in two wheel drive and that tire doesn't move any ideas on what it could be? thanks

I'll take a stab. Your truck is not 2wd so the reason you are losing power is because the front CV is "slipping". Try locking your center diff (button with the axles and an X through the center) and see if it fixes it. If it does, that means either your CV splines are stripped, the hub splines are stripped, or both are.
