Wanted Transfer case for Vacuum to Manual shift conversion

Hello all,
In the process of installing an A440 with t-case from an HZJ77. I need to get rid of the vacuum shifter and am looking for used t-case to get the parts to convert to manual shift. Broken or busted cases will work if 4wd shifter fork, etc are intact.
