transfer case 90 serie

have samebody change the transfer case for a toyota landcruiser kzj95 from full time 4x4 to a 4x4 that is changeble from 4x4 to 4x2 just like an 70 serie
what do i have to change to make this posseble ?

You want to put a part time 4wd transfer case on to replace the full time 4wd. I think it is possible but I do not know for sure.
I would ask on the 70 forum because it is a bit busier there .
Is it a manual or automatic?

For the 80 series they have a kit which converts the transfer case to part time. Maybe there is the same for the 90 series.

I think some 4runners (3rd gens) have this kind of transfer case, and it should in theory be a simple swap. Trouble would be sourcing one as I reckon they're pretty rare.
